General Use

User Responsibilities
You agree to use our services lawfully and not to abuse, duplicate, hack, or interfere with our website or tools. You’re responsible for ensuring your business complies with all laws that apply to advertising, privacy, and communication (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and any telemarketing rules).
If you use our services to send messages (email, SMS, etc.), you agree to:
•Only message contacts who have clearly opted in.
•Provide an opt-out method (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”).
•Respect all applicable laws related to consent and privacy.
You agree not to upload or collect sensitive data like SSNs, credit card numbers, or health info through our platform.
Mobile Messaging (SMS/MMS)
Description: When you opt in, we may send you SMS messages about appointments, account notifications, and occasional promotions related to our services.
Opt Out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation SMS and you will no longer receive messages from us.
Rejoin: If you want to receive messages again after unsubscribing, sign up as you did originally; we may then resume sending messages. You may also text START to re-subscribe (if available on your carrier/plan).

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Carrier & Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Compliance: We operate our messaging program in line with industry standards and applicable law.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (like customer service) is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase. Your phone number and opt-in must be provided voluntarily (via an unchecked checkbox).
Disputes & Arbitration
Any dispute between you and IMPRESSIONZZ DIGITAL MARKETING will be handled through binding arbitration in UAE. You waive the right to participate in a class action or jury trial. Claims must be brought individually and within one year of the issue arising.

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
